Modutec’s story is rooted in over four decades of experience in the electrical industry. What began with electrical distribution in 1983 gradually expanded into switchboard manufacturing, panel building and, eventually, modular electrical enclosure systems. Each stage brought valuable experience, a deeper understanding of customer needs and a vision for making electrical panel building simpler and more efficient. Established in 2007, Modutec Ready Panels Pvt. Ltd. was built on this foundation of industry knowledge, with a clear purpose: to simplify panel building through modular engineering, standardisation and reliable manufacturing. Today, we carry this experience forward, combining proven industry knowledge with modern manufacturing capabilities and engineering expertise to serve panel builders in India and international markets.

1983 — Mani Sales, Bangalore
The Beginning of Our Electrical Industry Journey
Our journey began with Mani Sales in Bangalore, an electrical distribution business that laid the foundation for decades of industry experience. It was here that our understanding of electrical products, customer relationships and the fundamentals of business took shape.
1990 — Load Controls
From Electrical Distribution to Panel Building
The journey expanded into switchboard manufacturing, assembly and installation through Load Controls. This experience brought us closer to the practical challenges of panel building and shaped our understanding of quality, engineering and customer requirements.
2007 — Modutec Ready Panels Pvt. Ltd.
Simplifying Panel Building Through Modular Innovation
Building on years of experience in the electrical industry and panel manufacturing, Modutec was established with a vision to transform conventional panel building. Specialising in modular electrical enclosure systems, we set out to help panel builders achieve greater standardisation, consistent quality and faster project execution.
2026 — Electrotec
A New Chapter in Smart Electrical Distribution
Continuing his entrepreneurial journey, our MD, Ramani Mani, established Electrotec in 2026, with a focus on smart electrical distribution systems and the evolving needs of modern power distribution.
