Role Purpose
The Gasketing Technician is responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of automatic or semi-automatic gasketing machines used for applying polyurethane (PU), silicone, or foam gaskets on electrical panel enclosures, doors, covers, and related components. The role ensures consistent gasket quality, adherence to specifications, machine efficiency, and timely support to production schedules.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Electrical, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience operating gasketing or dispensing machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of gasket application processes and machine operation.
- Understanding of quality inspection requirements.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of IP-rated enclosure requirements.
- Exposure to polyurethane foam gasketing systems.
- Basic maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
