Role Purpose
The Fabrication Welder is responsible for performing high-quality welding operations on sheet metal components, electrical panel enclosures, frames, doors, partitions, and fabricated assemblies using MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding processes. The role ensures dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, welding quality, and adherence to production schedules while maintaining safety and operational standards.

Requirements
- ITI (Welder/Fitter/Sheet Metal Worker) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding operations.
- Hands-on experience in MIG, TIG, and Spot Welding processes.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of stainless steel, CRCA, GI, and MS sheet welding.
- Exposure to quality inspection practices.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and 5S principles.
