Role Purpose
Responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing CNC laser cutting programs to ensure efficient
production, optimal material utilization, and high-quality output in sheet metal manufacturing.
Contribution to Business Goals
- Develop CNC programs for laser cutting machines using CAD/CAM and nesting software.
- Hands on experience on Radon nesting software is an added advantage
- Prepare optimized nesting layouts to maximize sheet utilization and minimize scrap
- Select appropriate cutting parameters (power, speed, gas type, pressure)
- Attention to detail
- Good in communication with shop floor team
- Planning and time management
- Continuous improvement mindset (Lean / Kaizen)
Requirements
- ITI or Diploma in Mechanical engineering with minimum of 3 years experience
as Laser cutting CNC machine Programmer
