Role Purpose
The Kitting Technician is responsible for accurate identification, verification, picking, segregation, and issuance of materials as per approved Bill of Materials (BOM) and production requirements. The role ensures timely availability of components for production, inventory accuracy, material traceability, FIFO compliance, and effective coordination between Stores, SCM, and Production teams.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma / PUC / Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Stores, Kitting, Inventory Control, or Production Support.
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- Basic ERP knowledge and computer skills.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Board or Industrial Manufacturing Industry.
- Knowledge of electrical components, switchgear, busbars, enclosures, and accessories.
- Experience in SAP, ERPNext, Tally, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
