Role Purpose
The Manager – Mechanical Design is responsible for leading the mechanical design function for electrical panel enclosures, switchboards, and sheet metal assemblies. The role drives product development, design standardization, engineering excellence, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure timely delivery of high-quality, manufacturable, and compliant designs.
The position plays a strategic role in enhancing product competitiveness, manufacturing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and organizational profitability.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure, Switchboard, or Industrial Sheet Metal Manufacturing.
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership or team management role.
- Strong hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and 3D CAD platforms such as SolidWorks, Inventor, or Creo.
- Experience managing engineering teams and project execution.
