Role Purpose
The Assembly Technician is responsible for assembling electrical panel enclosures and related sheet metal components according to approved engineering drawings, BOMs, work instructions, and quality standards. The role ensures accurate identification of fabricated parts, proper assembly of enclosure components, compliance with quality requirements, and timely completion of production schedules.

- Ensure timely assembly of panel enclosures to support customer deliveries.
- Improve first-time-right assembly quality.
- Reduce assembly errors, rework, and material wastage.
- Support production efficiency and throughput.
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.

Requirements
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Sheet Metal, Production, or related trade.
- 2–5 years of experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
- Knowledge of mechanical assembly processes.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Enclosure Manufacturing.
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and enclosure systems.
- Exposure to quality inspection practices and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
