Role Purpose
The Assembly Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the assembly operations of electrical panel enclosures and associated assemblies. The role ensures adherence to production schedules, quality standards, manpower optimization, documentation control, workplace safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while achieving departmental productivity and delivery targets.

Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of experience in assembly operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of enclosure assembly processes and production coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
- Experience in Electrical Panel Board or Enclosure Manufacturing Industry.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, ERPNext, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
